How to Make Espresso Bundt Cakes
Ingredients
- For Bundt Cakes:
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. Double Espresso High Brew
- 1/4 c. whole milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- For Bundt Cake Filling:
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- For Glaze:
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp Double Espresso High Brew Coffee
- 2 tsp whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray mini bundt cake pan with cooking spray
- In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients for bundt cakes, set aside
- In a small bowl mix all wet ingredients for bundt cakes and fold into dry ingredients until well combined - Batter will be thick
- In a small bowl mix the bundt cake filling ingredients
- Pour a tbsp of batter into each bundt cake cup
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of bundt cake filling on top of each cup of batter
- Top with remaining batter until each cup is about 3/4 full
- Bake 12-14 minutes
- Meanwhile, mix all glaze ingredients in small bowl
- Once bundt cakes are done, cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes, drizzle with glaze and enjoy alongside your favorite High Brew!
